Our mission to create leaders through enrichment program, as we consistently instill leadership modules into our programming schedule. We are avid believers in the core values and formulas that are proven to allow success for your child as we instill leadership through; character, hard work, sportsmanship, accountability, commitment, compassion, citizenship and resourcefulness.

About Us

Future Stars International Enterprises (FSIE) was founded in 2009. Our founding principle is: we want to create leadership opportunities for children through enrichment programming. Our first ever enrichment program offered to the public was an international basketball summer camp. Now, five years later, Future Stars offers multiple after-school programs, aftercare at many valley charter schools, sports academies, club sports, all day summer adventure camps that include volleyball, soccer, football, baseball, leadership academies and conferences and much more.

Our team of expert staff includes teachers, high level instructors, former pro athletes, college students and high aptitude coaches. At Future Stars it’s about more than just sports, its about a holistic approach to enrichment. We insure that all our students are held to a high standard of character, accountability, hard work and respect.

Our Staff

Peter-EzugwuPeter Ezugwu – Founder/CEO, Director of Athletics

Peter’s vision, sense of community and extensive worldly experience has enabled him to help create a company whose mission is to offer community products and services that enhance the life experiences of our youth. Peter’s mother and father served as an important role models for him and their hard work, dedication and refusal to fail, guaranteed that Peter was educated in the top private schools in England. Peter is focused on giving our youth a chance to be successful, just like he had. His early education post England led to his transfer to Cincinnati, Ohio, which created an important foundation for his focus, hard work, integrity and kindness. Peter played college basketball at Eastern Michigan University, where he was an academic standout, who enjoyed ALL CONFERENCE ACADEMIC HONORS. Upon graduation he turned down entrance to LAW SCHOOL and chose to pursue a professional basketball career in Europe, where he played for 13 years. Peter enjoyed a wonderful career that took him all around the world. Peter speaks 5 languages and has a unique cultural diversity that brings a depth and perspective to Future Stars, that is essential in insuring the uniqueness of our organization.

He is focused on making a difference in his community by sharing his knowledge and experience through creating high quality youth programs, mentoring children and families and creating the impetus for our youth, which will lead to their eventual success.

bio_StacyStacy Santelli – Vice President

Stacy has always been a leader in our community. Her passion to make a difference is selfless and relentless. Her roles as a mother, wife, entrepreneur, life coach, business leader and community advocate define her as a person. She is dedicated to insuring that our programs are a success as we offer a thorough, comprehensive and enjoyable experience for all our families. At Future Stars, Stacy is spearheading our Leadership and Mentorship programs, our Anti- Bullying campaign and our youth sports programs. She is also responsible for the logistical operations. As a portfolio manager, she manages and oversees the behind the scenes creation of our international experience, sports events and programs.

Gabriele-150x150Gabriele Grazzini – Head of European Operations FSIE, Basketball Coach

Gabriele Grazzini is a certified “National Coach” and “Minibasket Teacher” with the Italian Basketball Federation. A real student of the game, he is considered one of the most emerging minds in the Italian basketball world. He is a “Licensed Practitioner of NLP” as well. Gabriele began his coaching career in 2002 in Montecatini Terme, running the youth program of a team in his hometown, showing his passion and devotion to teaching children. In 2003, he was added to the coaching staff of the professional team of Montecatini in the Italian Legadue. During his stay in Montecatini, the team played in the playoffs and joined the National Finals with the junior teams. In 2007, he was the assistant coach for Bob Kloppenburg and his idol, Tex Winter, for a two day coaches’ clinic. In the 2009/10 season he was signed by Veroli as an assistant for the team playing the Legadue (Division 2) league. They went on to the playoff finals and won the Italy Cup. In 2010/11, Grazzini moved to Civitanova where he ran the youth program of a club, amassing great results with the U15 and U13 teams. In 2011/12, Gabriele was hired by Fulgor Omegna, where again he won the Italy Cup of the league while finishing on the 1st spot at the end of the regular season. During 2012, he was spoke at many clinics as an expert of the “Triple Post Offense for Youth Teams”. His passion for the game is immense, we are excited to have him as part of Future Stars Global Operation.

bio_miltonMilton Barnes – NBA Scout Minnesota Timberwolves/FSIE Consultant Basketball

Milton is currently a scout with the Minnesota Timberwolves as well as head men’s basketball coach of U.S. Virgin Islands national basketball team. An American former basketball player for Albion College in Michigan in the NCAA, where he scored 1,137 points from 1975-79. He was an assistant coach at the University of Minnesota in the 1980s under Clem Haskins. He later became head coach of Albion, Michigan High School, where he compiled a 65-11 record from 1988 to 1991, including a 26-1 record and a Class B state championship game appearance in his final season. Also, he is the former head coach of Eastern Michigan University and of the world famous Harlem Globetrotters. He also coached the NBDL’s Greenville Groove to a league championship. Barnes and his wife Lyn have three children; sons Andre and Milton Jr. (8) and a daughter Alexis (10). His son Andre is a student-athlete in track and field at Michigan. Milton will work with FSIE on a consultant basis, helping with technical instruction, drills and general basketball services.

bio_gregGreg Nash – Basketball Coach

Greg Nash is a dedicated professional and former collegiate athlete. In recent years, he has volunteered his time with kids at various basketball organizations. Greg is a true believer in helping young athletes develop skills for the game as well as skills for life experiences. He is looking forward to being a part of FSIE family and making a difference.

bio-Jordan Jordan Hasquet – Basketball Coach International Camp

Jordan started his career in high school basketball in Montana where he was Mr. Basketball and Gatorade Player of the Year his Senior Year. Jordan then went on to play at the University of Montana form 2004-2009. During his career his team won the Big Sky Conference Title twice, he was a 3 time all-conference player, member of the all-tournament team, and started on the 12th seeded Montana team that upset 5th seeded Nevada in the 2006 NCAA tournament. Jordan finished his career in the top 10 in points, rebounds, and three pointers made at the University of Montana. He then went on to play professional basketball in top leagues in Switzerland, Cyprus, Germany, and Finland from 2009-2013. He recently moved down to Arizona with his wife Lauren, who is a physical therapist in the area. He is now enjoying his days beyond playing coaching for FSIE and teaching as well.

Van-HardyVan Hardy – Regional Director

Future Stars International Enterprise is pleased to announce a new addition to its executive staff with the recent hire of Goodyear resident, Van Hardy, to fill the role of regional director to further expand their Future Stars programs in the west valley.

Van Hardy is a twenty-year Physical Education and Athletic Director professional whose core strengths includes overseeing the middle school athletic programs, creating after-school intramural activities, and networking with area schools to provide competitive and non-competitive enrichment programs to better serve the needs of the school. For the past five years, he served as the athletic director for Paradise Education Center, where he oversaw the middle school athletic programs along with his teaching duties. Pervious to that he served as a Physical Education teacher for fifteen years in a large metropolitan city located in Iowa.

Hardy is a graduate of Winona State University and received his master’s in education from Grand Canyon State University. Hardy is committed to Future Stars International Enterprise’s mission of “Teaching Character, Accountability and Leadership through enrichment.” and providing today’s youth an opportunity to reach their fullest potential while building strong character through extra-curricular participation.

“We are excited to welcome Van to Future Stars International Enterprise family and utilize his talent and years of administrative knowledge to guide Future Stars into the future,” says Executive Director Peter Ezugwu of Future Stars International Enterprise. “We are certain that he’ll thrive in this role and apply his passion not only to teach but also serve a role of a coach, parent, and leader to provide our youth with the best opportunity to excel in Future Stars and reach their full potential.”

tifanie-moeller-coachTifanie Moeller – Club Director/ Head Coach

Tifanie has been coaching girls’ volleyball for a total of 7 years and finds it fascinating and extremely rewarding.  In addition to coaching for Future Stars, she was a head coach for 3 seasons of club volleyball, 3 years for the City of Peoria, 3 years as Head Coach for Pinnacle Pointe Academy Charter School, and Head coach for Candeo’s Jr. High Charter School Team.  

For the 2014 school year she led the Candeo’s team to an 11-1 record placing 6th overall and in 2015 her team placed 2nd in state with only one loss the entire season!  For the 12’s Club Az. Region Championship final standings, Tifanie’s Lady Crusader’s team ranked 10th place out of 78 teams overall, clinching the silver division championship.

Tifanie attributes her leadership abilities and passion for athletes to her career as an educator.  She strives to TEACH life lessons both on and off the court and her success is found in the tremendous individuals that she has the privilege to work with year after year. 

Tifanie’s coaching philosophy can best be summed up by her Mission Statement… “To facilitate a foundation that will help and challenge each player both mentally and physically, while maximizing their talents in such a way that will benefit the player individually and for the team in which they play for. I care about each player as a person first and will work hard to help them fulfill their volleyball dreams for their future!”
